Pre Product Launch Advisory – The Qube Case Study
Overview: ChargeBox are leaders in innovative mobile charging stations and solutions. ChargeBox offers public device charging solutions for sectors including retail, transport, healthcare, education and events.
Start Cre8ive were tasked with creating a short-term marketing/sales solution to gain early traction for The Cube (ChargeBox’s new table top charging solution).
Objective: Get early stage feedback from the market and present The Qube to potential corporate customers with buying potential.
Our Solution: From our research we identified … with this in mind we tailored The Qube’s messaging and created a highly tailored marketing/direct sales strategy that was effective in securing meetings and feedback from major corporations including Coca-Cola European Partners, Hammerson, South Western Railway and CloserStill Media.
As a result we were able to provide ChargeBox with valuable research and feedback on how to take their innovation forward.

Sales Strategy & Management – Bread & Jam Case Study
Overview: Bread & Jam is an FMCG conference for startup food and drink businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. The 2-day event was founded to provide emerging and scaling companies with the knowledge, resources and connections needed to establish and grow their businesses.
Challenges: Going into the 2nd year of the conference the founders of the event were keen to grow delegate numbers. To get things off the ground in the event’s first year, tickets were offered at a discounted rate for attendees which created a level of expectation for similar rates as many are pre-funding.
Our Solution: With 3 major milestones to incentivise ticket sales, we created email communications with compelling call-to-actions to prompt delegate registration and create FOMO. We focused first on an early bird sign-up offer which offered a lower percentage off the standard ticket price. This was backed up by days of warm and cold phone calls managed and overseen by us.
Results: with industry averages of 10.8% open rate and 0.7% click rate we overachieved instantly within the testing phase achieving highs of 33% open rate and over a 5% click rate within our first week.
Our percentages increased over the months of working on the campaign with emails receiving as high as a 74.4% open rate and a click rates of 27.7%.
Start Cre8ive provided Bread & Jam with over a 60% return on their initial investment and was responsible for 30% of ticket sales.
